Excellent Service
I would like to compliment your technician Vishal who attended to a fault at my home, ***.<br> He was so friendly, efficient, professional, and just so passionate about his job...I wonder why Telkom gets a bad rep if you have technicians like Vishal. His customer service skills are exceptional. I really would like Telkom to note this.
