Excellent Service

I had been struggling with my internet connection and i got to speak to 2 different call centre agents that could not assisst me having waited on the line for over 1 hour.<br> <br> last night i phoned in again and i spoke to one of the to leaders in the call centre, philicia maraisa. she was very understanding and assisted me accordingly. She was very welcoming and helpful.<br> <br> she even went the extra mile contacting me a day later to check if everything is still working correctly.<br> <br> people that would go to such an extent for good customer service are few.<br> <br> i wish all Telkom staff were like her.
