Dear Telkom Mobile,<br> <br> I would just like to express my gratitude, to an employee that really went the extra mile. The employee in question is, Josephine Mosito, she really took the time to understand and find out all my queries that were pertaining to my contract related issue.<br> <br> As we all know, when dealing with Telkom, no-one really wants to phone them and ask questions on anything it may be, as there is a general service perception that is never in Telkom's favour. But Josephine is changing that perception with great drive and enthusiasm. As there are certain processes to get various answers to questions, Josephine took the time to find out all I was looking for, that I didn't have to.<br> <br> When she called me back, as she promised, she had all the answers ready and waiting.<br> <br> I would like to personally thank Josephine for a Job well done.
