On 15 December I app**** for data contracts, and Johan assisted me. He was friendly, professional, and had a thorough knowledge of the product, and how the process worked. I was subject to a waiting period because I already had two existing contracts. Johan kept me updated and provided me with feedback throughout the process. When I went back to pick up the devices, everything was ready, and I had the minimum waiting time. It was a pleasure being assisted by Johan.
