EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
I would like to thank Sebenzile for the exceptional services that she provided to us!!!She was very helpful....Although the problem was not on her side but IT...she didnt shift the blame but rather emphatised with us.....She made me and my fiance happy customers.....Telkom cbd should have more staff like her..who is willing to assist..It seldom that you this excellent service...PS:She deserves A DAY OFF FOR HER HARDWORK...PLEASE GIVE HER A DAY OFF......I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH HER TO FIND OUT IF SGE RECEIVED IT...
