Excellent Service

I went in to get a new cellphone contract, Port my number from Vodacom and open up a month to month Internet contract at about 12:30 yesterday. Andre assisted me, and I was beyond impressed with his service and knowledge. Such a pleasure dealing with him! It took less than a half an hour for him to set both contracts up, and he said he we would contact me once approved by Telkom. Just after 2pm I got an sms informing me I could collect my items, I went in and Andre sorted it all out for me in less than 15minutes. Super impressed by the efficiency and service. I will be one happy customer if their customer service is just as great as their sales. Well done to Andre, he is truly an asset to Telkom :)
