I had the opportunity by luck to get 2 times in a row through to Nganono Zuma when I phone the 180 Cust. Care Number. I am always phoning after hours, and late in the evenings. She has such a great spirit, and such patience, even though it is late at night. Well Done Nganono, Telkom sometimes have alot of complaints, but it is people like you who will make a difference and change peoples opinions about Telkom!
