Excellent service

<p>After waiting 2 weeks for a response from Telkom regarding a new contract and waiting an hour in line at The Glen store I was greeted by a wonderful sales consultant by the name of Lerato. She was patient and explained the full process to me, her product knowledge and technical know how was spot making it a pain free experience.</p> <p>I wish all experiences with Telkom could be this pleasent and I hope the rest of the staff can learn a thing or two from her regarding customer experience.</p>
