Excellent Service

<p>I've been having problems with my Internet for a while but it was not too serious until recently. I didn't bother reporting a fault before because I really thought that i'd be wasting my time given how everyone always complains about Telkom service. Well i'm sorry I didn't report it earlier because I was so pleasantly suprised by the level of service that I got. Not only was the consultant a delight to talk to (being polite and friendly) but she was clearly knowledgeable and very patient. I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but I'm not sorry that I called, and I thank you very much for the wonderful service - not least of which, actually fixing my internet problem. </p>
