I am now extremely upset, my dad has not yet received an appointment for the installation, I have phoned various times and still nothing has happened. My parents are extremely ill and need the emergency care phone from Rand Aid! I am now for the 3rd time sitting on the phone to 10213 and am now being told she is setting up the appointment only now. And only for the 6th February...........
Now I got transferred to the technical department and technical has transferred me to who knows where. Yes I have got upset, but with damn good reason. DISGUSTING FOLLOW UP NOW, AND AFTER I GOT EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE...........
