Excellent Service

<p>Took a contract and received such shocking service from the Telkom Direct Gateway office.Went to cancel the service,but got no joy. Not even a phonecall from the managers or complaints line. Until I spoke to Edna Tekolo who went beyond the services as a call center agent. She not only followed up with the managers at the store but also gave me continual feedback. Contacted the relevant depts and passed credits where need be. I am truly grateful for her assistance and hope this so called corporate company will show their gratitude to her as she is a sterling employee. Wish she was working at the branch maybe then service levels will increase. Well done Edna</p>
