Thavy Narain, from Telkom, The Glen shopping centre helped me cancel one of my land line and helped me to get the number back, since that phone was regularly used by me. I had two lines - *** and ***. I cancelled the first one as the other one had my internet connection. However, since the first one was used frequently I requested her to give me the first number back and cancel the second number. She did it efficiently and smoothly. I was very impressed with her service.
