Excellent response and service

Credit where credit is due- after all, I was quick enough to complain.<br> Pauline the Shop Manager called me within an hour of my complaint and asked me what my complaint was about. She apologised to me regarding the way I felt I was treated and assured me that she would investigate my complaint and deal with it. Pauline handed me over to Babalwa to conduct the business of my new contracts.<br> Babalwa was very straightforward, efficient, friendly, helpful and professional and I concluded my business with her in no time at all. Thank you both- Pauline and Babalwa for taking my complaint seriously, for making it easy to conclude my business, and for restoring my confidence in Telkom at Greenstone. I am impressed with the way this has been dealt with and am very happy.
