Excellent, proficient customer service.

This review is directed at the Telkom store in Blue Route Mall, Tokai, Cape Town iro 22.04.2024 I received the best customer service from the manager Merlin and Shaun (consultant). The store manager assisted me via telephone and returned my call timeously with an update, answer and solution. I then went into store where I was efficiently and timeously assisted by the consultant Shaun.

It was a pleasure to have a good experience for a change.
