Excellent people skills

I would like to thank Edna for taking such good care of my telephonic queries. After taking up an upgrade through Selldirect I couldn't get hold of them telephonically and they didn't reply to my emails. I decided to phone the Telkom Mobile call center and what a pleasure it's been to speak to Edna so assisted with more information than I even requested. She made me feel at ease after being skeptical. We need more call center agents like her. Great job woman!!!
