Excellent mobile Service

i have a mobile router from Telkom

I had a problem connecting to the internet as it was very slow and sometimes didn't work for an hour or so, i phoned customer care and i spoke to a lady by the name Masingita, She handled my problem with expertise and friendliness and answered all my questions. i am very happy with the service i received and i am glad to see people still willing to be friendly and kind.
