Excellent Excellent Excellent!

Every time I have dealt with Telkom, I've had to knock on Hellopeter's door. The 2nd time I had a problem, the technician, gave me his number in case I experienced any further problems. Now, he never had to do that but I appreciated his caring, professional and very effective service! About 3 weeks ago, I logged a request to relocate my line. Although the operator at the Call Center was very friendly & helpful, he stuffed up the request, causing us major frustration. I decided to contact Deon Plato for assistance. He advised me to visit the Tygervalley branch but when they didn't respond to my request, he went in to the Cape Gate branch to see what he could do. A couple of days later, I received an updated reference number. He has been exceptionally caring and professional in dealing with my problem. I am amazed that people like Deon still exist. Then, the technician (Terrence Gopie) that came out to my house, was just as professional and efficient. He caught me on a day I had to take someone to the airport. He worked so fast to activate my line and replace the old wire outside, that I was left my with mouth hanging open. Fast, caring, efficient! AMAZING GUYS!
