Excellent employee response to Account Query.

In today's lock-down period it seemed that nobody cared about service, EXCEPT Waajidah who solved my account problem within 30 minutes!! This problem started on 1 February 2020 just before lock-down and were dragging its feet until today 5 months later with about 20 people in this time with no success and various SMS messages saying "Your case is resolved", not true? I want to praise Waajidah for the way she listened and acted immediately to resolve the problem. i wish her all the best in her career and hope her employer are proud of the service she provides to the public.
