I want to complement you on your excellent employee Mr Maxwell Shabangu. When I got to the shop (September 2020) I was very upset and a little rude, the telephone consultants promised me changes to my contract which they did not implement and I had to pay the price.

Mr Shabangu was very friendly and polite, his helpful attitude changed my whole mood. He was professional and efficient and sorted my account in a very satisfactory way. The solutions he implemented was even better for me than the empty promises the telephone consultant made. He is very knowledgeable and really knows his job.
