Excellent customer service from Gontse Tembo

I made a SIM SWOP request at Telkom mobile - Mall of the South in October 2018, with a follow up at Telkom - Westgate Mall, that was not resolved until January 2019.

I followed up with Telkom- Mall of the South and was duly assisted by Gontse Tembo. She is a model of customer service - she owns an enquiry end to end and gives updates along the way.
