Excellent customer service for a change from Telkom

Had a complaint on my LTE application. Other consultant ( Nomfundo) from Telkom provided me with the wrong info and i was about to cancel. Steven Maubane went out of his way to assist and ensure that Telkom retain me as a customer. Well done, Telkom should have more employees like Steven. keep up the good work!
