I would like to commend Thabo Mongake for the excellent service provided me . After many weeks of battling with my internet service I called after 5pm to Telkom service centre and was pleasantly surprised When I was assisted by Thabo most politely and efficiently he took me through the repair and re connection of my internet service most pleasantly and without a hassle he knew his product and this is the company I will keep my business with. My intention for the call to Telkom was to cancel my subscription but after speaking to Thabo Mongake instead of cancelling I retained my subscription thank you Thabo for your wealth of experience an asset to Telkom you assisted me and sorted out my internet connection problem and this proved to me that I am totally lost without Telkom tele communication in my home and business <br>
