Excellent customer service

Telkom N1 City. Was a bit annoyed at Telkom, Friday the 24th June, when the electricity went off, their doors were open and they cannot assist. But when I went back after the electricity went on, I was assisted by a gentleman, did not get his name though. All I can say is I left a very happy customer. Maybe a suggestion: They do have a ticket system. the staff should take the names down and give the customers numbers, if they decide to stay in the mall and wait for the electricity to come back on, So if you do come back, you still don't have to wait another hour or so to be assisted, because other clients that comes later are being assisted first.
