Excellent customer service

So I went through I difficult financial crisis and with all that I had to do I wanted to cancel my telkom mobile contract due to not being able to afford it anymore, yet I didn't really want to lose it... So I called in to do the cancelation, but to my surprise the consultant instead offered me a lower package to help me through this time and it was so unexpected and so appreciated at the same time... It meant me not losing my contract and still being able to afford it. I commend the consultant Ditoro Tsutsa for doing everything she did to help me and at the same time Telkom for looking out for the customers. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Telkom you guys are exceptional. I also would recommend using Pieter Van zyl at the Longbeach branch, Great guy and excellent customer service, Always putting the customer first.
