Excellent customer service

I’ve dealt Is Israseel Booley from Telkom, he was of excellent service. The rating option on the Telkom line it’s not working. I accidentally bought airtime for the wrong number called in on the 29th Nov spoke to a lady by the name of Koketso Machaka she told me I’ll get a reference number of the query she’s going to log. To date I haven’t heard from her. I called in again today and was assisted by Israseel who made the transaction happen today. He demonstrated true customer service s****s. Thank you Israseel Booley
