To give a compliment where it is due, last week Wednesday I went to your Telkom Store in Somerset Mall just before closing time 7pm at night. This because during office hours the store is a mad house and one is never served within two hours.<br> <br> Logan assisted me with changing my account and within 10 minutes had it sorted. He was very friendly and helpful, not something I ever expect from the ex-government entity which still follows its short sighted ideologies.<br> <br> I followed up with the call centre to ensure it was done
