Excellent customer service

Recently visited the Telkom in Menlyn(next to food *****'s) was assisted by Herman, I have been in the customer service industry for the past 8 years not as long as him but have always been a great service provider and always expect the same when going to stores, to date I was so disappointed by the same branch different person though - but this is about Herman, thank you for being friendly Efficient, and really going the extra mile for me, I was told you will be leaving Telkom soon and must say they will be losing a great person, I wish you all the best with everything going forward and pray that you will be as blessed and happy as you have made others.

Thank you for making me not just feel like another number but a valued customer, something most people has forgotten about.

P.S hope you get to enjoy the Amarula and washing the car on your Sundays off.
