Excellent customer service!

There are some employees that put your faith back into a company, well I must say that Bongi Nombewu from Telkom Canal Walk are one of those! Friendly, efficient and highly professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her to do or explain to me and my parents. My line transfer went way quicker than I expected and I left feeling happy and upbeat after such a positive experience. I hope her bosses read this and recognize her for the true gem that she really is! Thank you Bongi!
