Thank you Shafiek to at Telkom Walk-in Store in Bayside Centre, Tableview for assisting me with me LTE Router and advising me on my best options. There was also a problem with my new SIM card and Shafiek kept me up to date on the progress and went above and beyond to ensure that the problem is resolved. He kept in contact with me on watts app messenger even when it was after hours. He went above and beyond to assist.
