Excellent Customer service

i had recently taken out a contract with telkom Direct,it was an online application and i have been struggling to get a hold of them ever since(10213). i eventually got a hold of telkom today(sales department) and spoke to gentlemen by the name of BONKE.Such a pleasure.he managed to get a hold of telkom direct and conference called us and managed to get my issues sorted out.<br> thank you dearly BONKE.you a real STAR:-)
