Excellent Customer Experience 👌

Today 31 March 2022 I received one of the best customer experience at a Telkom Branch in Durban Umlazi Mega City. I was frustrated because of how long I waited at the queue because it was a busy day and there were lot of Trainees. That frustration turned into a lovely experience because of how the consulted conducted herself. She definitely had a courtesy and most of all she was so competent in doing her work deligently. Her name is Smangele Ntibane. Most of the times as customers we always complain but forget to give credit when it's due. I went out as a satisfied customer and renewed my contract. She is definitely competent and explained everything in a manner I understood. She is multilingual and you can see leadership in her. I wish her well in her career and she is one of the few gifted customer consultant. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I hope this review gets to her so that she is encouraged and motivated to do more good to other customers as well.
