excellent cust service
i had second thoughts about Telkom, but the customer service agent my husband and i just spoke too, was professional and knew exactly what he was doing, friendly guy, i hope telkom hires more people like this guy, he score 100% on excellent customer service and representing such a big company thank youtelkom
