EXCELLENT at being the WORST cellphone network in SA.

Looking at the reviews that came in today, it seems like Telkom was on a debiting spree this morning. I woke up to a debit order of R1039. This is because I offered to pay my phone off a year in advance but "didn't cancel the contract". I called Telkom more than 3 times to ask what the process of cancelling/paying off a phone in advance is and not one of their consultants said to me, I have to cancel the contract. Now, I have to pay for their incompetence.

THIS COMPANY NEVER FAILS TO DISSAPPOINT ME.
