Excellent and quick service

I would like to thank Henry for his excellent and speedy service - Telkom fault ref 250CTK030316. The time and effort that you put in to resolve our issue was much appreciated. I hope that Telkom gets more technicians with the same passion for their work. I would also like to thank Lenwabo at the call center for his professional service over the telephone. Although the lines are very busy, when i eventually got through you still assisted me with all the questions and details i requested. A big thanks to these two guys!!
