I was put through to Niel Breda after another consultant couldn't resolve my query. Niel was patient and took the time to listen to and understand my queries. Very knowledgeable. Niel had a satisfactory answer for each of my questions. Took the time to apologize for and rectify mistakes made by other consultants. To top it all off, he sent me a feedback email on time as promised! Niel is an outstanding example of excellent customer service and leaves me with no doubt that my query will be resolved to satisfaction. Thank you Niel!
