Exccelent service from Telkom.

Having had problems with my internet access, I contacted Telkom on their Facebook Messenger site. The response was quick and feedback given regularly. Although my problem is not fully solved, I received a report outlining the technical reasons, for which I have full understanding.

I was really impressed with the reaction time and the professional manner in which my query was processed.
