Exactly bad service

This is now 2 weeks that I have been waiting for my sim swap to be activated I payed the New sim fees. When to Key Weat , Menlyn and Mall of Africa and now it is cancelled and I have to pay for a nother sim swap to be done and nobody can tell me when I will be able to get my number activated???? But month end they want the FULL Instalment to be payed . The worst customer experience ever !!!!!!
