Ewallet gone

a friend sent money to my telkom number via ewallet and the pin expired. When i dail *120*277# it says ‘service unavailable ‘ . Went into fnb and they tell me they recieve numerous complaints about telkom with thr ewallet service . Worst network to mankind would have to be telkom
