EVERYTHING WE CAN'T - DISGRACEFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

I am so tired of the service received. I have called them 3 times in one day. All i want is my Invoices and what do I get 96 pages of data usage. I asked them to send me 12 Invoices for Tax purposes and have been told they can't. I eventually asked to speak to a manager then the consultant Phumlane comes back and says his manager told him how to do the attachments one by one. 1 Hour later he comes back to me and says he has been attaching the same Invoice over and over. I demanded to speak to the manager who's name is Paul and was told he is busy and will call me back which i am yet to hear from him.

What company can't send just Invoices and not 96 pages. I then said to Phumlane best he shares the information with all his colleagues as it is clear they haven't been trained properly.

What does one do!!!!!!
