Everything is a problem here

I have a huge problem with Telkom, i had a contract for two years and it was suppose to be cancelled last year i sent a cancellation letter 10 November 2016 till to date the contract is still not cancelled they are still charging me for the phone that is not even under contract am left with one phone to pay but they are busy charging me for two phones.<br> <br> I have been calling the call center when i ask to speak to the manager they can't put me though they always tell me the Manager is not available i spoke to Sithembile and sphilile they Promised me lies.<br>
