Everyone at telkom is uninformed

I am very disappointed in telkoms service. On 18 June 2020 i have been struggling to get feedback frok telkom. I have seen a unlimited lte month to month package. Upon trying to get more information and clarity the online call centre they advise me to go in store. I went in store to zevenwacht who could not assist me then went to somerset who could not assist me as they have no unlimited lte deals on their system.

Moral of the story is i dont want contracts. I wanted the month to month deal.

Up until today i did not get feedback.

I have a screenshot of this month to month offer. I have requested several times that a manager must contact me and until today nobody has contacted me.

Its like everyone is uninformed but the deal was offered so i am completely confused. I have posted on their facebook as a last resort and the post was deleted so this is now my last resort. Telkom i need answers
