Every month my Telkom line is down!!!

Every month my telkom line is down, every single month without a miss!!!!!, you just fixed my line last week and now it is down AGAIN!!!!, <br> A month ago They were apperently changing lines in my area Atlasville, I had no telephone or internet for 3 weeks, Refund by Telkom R0.00, <br> <br> Two months ago , i had no Teleohone or interent for 2 weeks, reason , ****** lines, Refund by telkom R72.00<br> <br> Three months ago I had no telephone or internet , reason \Rain/lightning damaged the lines"Refund R0.00<br> <br> How long is this going to carry on for!!!!! TELKOM????<br> <br> YOU FIXED MY LINE 2 WEEKS AGO AND AGAIN IT IS DOWN!!!!! <br> <br> PLEASE PUT A BETTER QUALITY LINE AND A NEW BOX ON THE POLL"
