Ever noticed that TelNEVERkom does not have a customer service portal?

<p>I have been trying to register on the telkom website for the past hour. It takes 10 to 20 minutes for telkom to send a otp, and when I finally receive it the site says that the otp expired. </p> <p> </p> <p>Trying to contact telkom to cancel a LTE contract seems to be just as impossible as they never respond to any queries. </p> <p> </p> <p>Trying to get telkom to move telephone lines to make way for construction is also impossible as NO one at telkom seems to be trained to do that. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank heavens for VIOP! pretty soon me and my business will be totally rid of the useless lot at telkom. </p>
