Event Billing Usage

I check my telkom invoice, and there is a charge for R123 for Event Billing Usage. I recently upgraded and with the upgrade my spend limit was increased from R0 to R500 without my permission. I want these charges reversed. I am getting more and more frustrated with this company, what is event billing usage?
