Event billing service

Please note that Telkom mobile has subscribed me for a "even billing usage". I am not sure what this event billing is for and when I try to contact them they keep redirecting me to their Whatsapp chanel that is not usfull at all. They want to debit my account with an extra R75 this month which was not there last month.
