Even Sales Dept is Pathetic!!!

<p>I have been trying for 7 days to get hold of telkom sales From the Sales call centre, online chat and 5 Telkom direct Branches with no luck, the sales call centre keep on dropping the calls you can hear someone picking the phone up and then putting it down, online chat is just a waste of time, and the telkom direct brances's phones just ring and you can send as many call back enquiries as you like no one will ever call you, how can such a company even exist in this day and age how do they make money no wonder more and more people are going wireless, Who is managing Telkom how can they allow this kind of service to continue for so long? all i want is a line to be installed i am not asking for shares or half the company</p>
