Even more useless than government

<p>Ordered a contract phone via the website on Thursday 07/07/2016 . Automated voice stated that an agent would be in touch to confirm the order. To date no call from Telkom. Tried to migrate my 100gig internet to uncapped. Just got put through to diffirent people. Tried to call them again, held on for 29minutes. Tried calling again and holding on for 15 minutes again now listening to a tune that would irritate a 1year old as I am holding. I knew I would regret the day I had the misfortune of using these idiots again. I thought nothing and no one could be more uselss than our Government but Telkom just beat them. Well done!</p>
