Even more useless !! Telkom

<p>On 14 August 2016 my associate and I visited the George office of Telkom. As we had registered a new business, closed the old, moved shop, we spent approximately two hours in the office with the new documents, transfer of forms, etc., etc., It is now 17 October 2016, after another two visits to the George office, numerous telephone calls and numerous e-mails they have as yet, not registered the telephone in the new company's name. They cannot find the papers, then they can, then the person who deals with this is on leave, and so the excuses just continue, a different one every day. Why can people just not do their jobs and do it properly instead of wasting everyone else's energy, petrol and time. This is soooo frustrating !!!</p>
