Eusebia Mokoena is EXCELLENT in customer service!!

<p>Eusebia Mokoena helped me with a query today. She was patient, polite, so helpful and friendly! She knew exactly what she was doing and she worked fast and efficient. What a wonderful experience to be helped by someone so kind and willing to ensure that I remain a satisfied customer. When I complimented her she said: "Well sir I dont want you to go to another service provider. Its my job to ensure that you stay with TELKOM." And I thought .... dear lady .... with that excellent attitude people will approach you for jobs ..... GOOD SERVICE IS VERY HARD TO FIND ANYWHERE THESE DAYS!!!! Thank you Eusebia!
