Ester's Mosako horrible service

Am standing on a telkom store and they do not want to take back a router i bought from them less than 7days ago. The attitude i am getting from the staff member Ester Mosako is horrible. They sent me to another Telkom in Centurion mall and there they told me they can not do exchange with this telkom because its sub not a main telkom. Am back to this Telkom next to Game and they are telling me to go back to that Telkom to access the device but bacause they cant it exchange without them knowing what caue the problem is, they are tell me i will have to wait 7-14 working days. Am suppose to get a new device, i tried to return this laat week and they said there is no manager on the floor. Now i must pay for something that you guys will keep half the month?? This service ia unacceptable.
